exactly, why no protein? the thomas dude's right. there's nothing wrong with protein. it's naturally ocurring and is required by your body to rebuild muscle tissue. Just because you can take it in a supplement form does not at all mean it's bad for you. In fact it's easier on your system than say eating a steak.
